RENEWED POSSIBILITY
When was the last time you truly felt rested, grounded, and at ease?
Support for individuals and organizations navigating stress, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue.
NOTICE THE SIGNS
Life can be challenging
Whether you're navigating changes at work, shifts in your personal life, growing responsibilities, or simply trying to keep up with everyday demands, it's easy for pressure to build up over time. What starts as stress can gradually leave you feeling overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected from the balance and energy you once had.
You may start to feel:
Stressed
Your mind rarely slows down. Even during quiet moments, you may feel tense, restless, or constantly thinking about what still needs to be done.
Overwhelmed
Everything can start to feel like too much. Small tasks feel heavy, decisions become harder, and it may seem impossible to keep up.
Burdened
It can feel like you’re carrying too much for too long. You may find yourself holding everything together on the outside while feeling weighed down inside.
Drained
You feel like your body is running on empty. Things that once felt easy or enjoyable may now feel exhausting or emotionally distant.
Imbalanced
Life can begin to swing between pressure and exhaustion, pushing through and shutting down. Finding balance may feel harder than it used to.

Meet Charlotte
Everyone has the capacity to move from feeling overwhelmed and depleted to feeling more present, balanced, and connected to themselves again.
I’m a certified Stress & Burnout Coach and former HR Business Partner with experience in multinational environments. I’ve been living in Belgium for the past five years, and I’m a mom to my 1.5-year-old daughter, Ines.
Stress, Burnout and Recovery have shaped both my personal and professional journey—through moving continents, changing careers, motherhood, and returning to work. These experiences have deeply informed how I see balance today.
I believe in combining empathy with structure, and I support people with practical stress-management tools that help them slow down, regain clarity, and find a steadier way forward.
I’m passionate about supporting others through life’s transitions with self-compassion and groundedness, helping them find their own way back to feeling more like themselves again.
The Impact of Support
Hear from individuals and organizations who have experienced the benefits of practical, compassionate support.
I was very fortunate to be connected with Charlotte toward the end of my burnout leave. She worked with me to mentally and emotionally consolidate my experience and prepare for returning to work. As someone who is chaotic by nature (ADHD) and who carried fears, preoccupations, and anxieties from difficult work experiences, I found Charlotte to be understanding, steady, and kind.
Charlotte listens deeply and offered thoughtful insights and perspectives that helped me both grow and feel grounded. Through planning, exercises, and structured reflection, she helped me organise my thoughts and emotions in a way that left me feeling supported, less overwhelmed, and more prepared during high-stress moments at work. Her expertise extended beyond the workplace, and I often saw parallels that offered insight and support in my personal life as well.
I truly appreciated her presence, wisdom, and support. Especially during the process of re-entering the workplace, I felt fortunate to work with someone who understood my situation so well—through a very human and compassionate lens, while also bringing strong, practical skills in managing burnout and stress.
— Former Customer
When you are in burnout recovery, you thrive in seeing a professional who geniounly cares and treats you with patience. Charlotte was kind, supportive, and incredibly methodological. The latter is specifically what helped me. She spent time to figure out what can help me survive my burnout when I go back to work. And she kept me focused the whole time and arranged all sessions around this goal. The point that stands to me so much was that she could smoothly tailor different techniques into our conversation during sessions. For example when I was expressing confusion and frustration in figuring out a situation or making a decision, she could pull up a method very quickly that was so eye-opening about the situation, cleared out the confusion, gave me tools to understand better and make a decision. It felt like some magic mathematics that works in sorting out emotional situations! Absolutely wonderful!
